If this gets approved, it will easily be the best skyscraper in the city. The architectural design is wonderful and normally something you'd only see in major cities, not a bedroom community like Waterloo Region. Cambridge residents and council will be fools if they don't let this get built. It would do so much for this part of the region. There'd be tons of jobs created and would easily become the best hotel we have.
