Using CDC data since they have a bigger data set:

• 2% of infected kids (0-9) are hospitalized
  
• 1% of infected kids are sent to ICU (yes, typically with intubation)
  
• 0.035% of infected kids have died 
  

As for the vaccinations,

• 0.00011% of recipients (0-18 in this case, sorry) died after the injection
