It was indeed approved. Page 67 of this thread has an architect sketch of the building, though it's cropped. Unfortunately the city doesn't have a full list of documents for this building available online anymore. If I remember correctly, the 44 floor building will be about 145m so this will look really tall as it's on a hill. For whatever reason, someone added a bunch of made up heights to the tallest buildings in Waterloo Region page, saying this one will be 160 meters but I don't believe that's correct. They also list 30 Francis as being 144.4m but it's 139.1m.

I think your post at https://www.waterlooregionconnected.com/...php?tid=38&pid=89362#pid89362 was the source for 160m. Have they changed their plans?
