If only these same people realized that the neighbourhood they are trying to protect was once farmland... and they wouldn't have their lifestyle they enjoy today if people put up these roadblocks a hundred years ago.

They need to learn that this isn't people ruining your lifestyle, its having more people enjoy your neighbourhood.
