Waterloo Region reported eight new cases for today (5.6% of the active cases) and none more for yesterday for 22; 111 new cases for the week (-9 from yesterday and +21 from last week), averaging 13.8% of active cases. 142 active cases and +31 in the last seven days (ouch!).
79.63% of total regional population vaccinated (+0.40% from 7 days ago), 75.54% fully vaccinated (+0.54% from 7 days ago).
Ontario reported 422 new cases today with a seven-day average of 362 (+13), compared to 372 a week ago. -56 active cases and 26 deaths for the week. 19,840 tests with a positivity rate of 2.13%. The positivity rate is averaging 1.40% for the past seven days, compared to 1.45% for the preceding seven.
