This development will cast large shadows in the park, and ruin everyones day, especially the splash pad. Lol...I gotta assume this is sarcasm...but FWIW, I'd put money on someone saying something like this.

Hell, in Ottawa there was an objection to a development saying local businesses would have too many customers.
