The end of the Shopping Centre furthest from Hespeler Rd is already a zombie plaza. The old Rona and the block with Bed Bath and Beyond are empty/half empty. It’s perfect that the plan starts the development from that end. Additionally there is brand new residential backing onto that part of the shopping centre.
