Restaurant casualties of COVID-19

Mongolian Grill in Waterloo permanently closing.

As unfortunate as this is, the Mongolian Grill does not appear to be a COVID casualty, though.

Given that the East Side Mario's location was also closed, I'm surprised that the landlord preferred to move out an existing, and well-established tenant rather than try to make the empty location work.
