Driving by this construction site shows really how ridiculous it is having a complete block under construction minus one house.

I think increased density is OK for the area -- it's not excessive anyway at six floors -- but the city should use this opportunity to force a better design for the development.

I like how the first phase is soft-convertible to have retail/service on the ground floor.

When this project first came online, there was one house that didn't sell and they planned the project around it. Did anything happen with that?
