The Inclusive on Courtland | 38, 34, 30 & 29 fl | Proposed

Expect this to look a lot more like the original proposal then the one proposed by Spotlight. Seems like land prices for large parcels are dropping significantly. Vive purchased the property for $5.75 million less than Spotlight paid for it a couple years ago.

I mentioned this months ago with the outcome of the receivership, Vive got it from that. Don't expect Vive to move on this soon, as much as Litt may sound like there will be shovels in the ground soon (2026).

Litt said similar things with respect to 332 Charles and 87 Weber and there's no action on those yet.

Vive has permits pending on 1001 King and 332 Charles, has SPA approved or in progress on the CTV site, and 1251 King.

They also have permits pending on 926 King (in partnership with Corley).
