Yes -- but there is a drop on the other side of the wall.  I don't know whether that dictates a railing.

Early-morning photos from Charles St and nearby:

The crew was checking the alignment at the Cameron Heights crossover, getting ready for the welders:

This must be a TPSS, right?  Charles just W of Borden:

The missing bit of embedded track being poured in the early morning at Borden station (?) on Charles:

Rebar has been delivered to Ottawa in preparation for the embedded track build:

Loving the crossover, Tom! Neat to see the snap lines there too installed over too for alignment. Can't wait to check it out after work.

Odd. Tried it on two different phones and get the same error message. Obviously the problem is at my end though. Have to go on PC.

Doesn't work for me on mobile, works fine on my desktop. I'm pretty sure it's a bug in the Record's mobile site.

I always think it must be so tricky to work on these sections which are embedded on both sides of the window in which they're working. Like virtually all the flexibility of the adjoining rail is gone, so you're really wrestling with it. When they cut off the ends of the rails sticking out, that's definitely a "Measure twice, cut once" moment!
