To me it seems like they haven't given up on a December start but it'll be tight; as in the previous updates, there is no slack time for things to go wrong, but it is feasible if everything goes right.

As December gets closer there are also fewer chances for things to go wrong.

That was my thought process too.  They haven't given up yet.

In case anyone still questioned what was the best neighbourhood to live in! Here is the Record's shot of "Spinal Column". Was really cool to see people making their impact on the piece. And that Sandra asked neighbours to help work on it.
