Man...enough credit doesn't go to those riggers for what they do. Some operator out there is looking at his new office for the next year and a half.

For sure, it all depends on how you're wired, I bet most of those operators would view working in an office setting as some form of torture

I see some of the building forms have been built. If I remember right, they're starting with the smallest tower. Does anyone know which one is next, or the overall order they'll be building them in?

For now only the 45 floor tower at the rear of the property. Vive has put a pause on other projects in KW, including future phases of this until the water issue is rectified to some degree. They have a significant project in St Catherine's that they'll likely focus on and also some land holdings elsewhere in Guelph and Milton.

So they're building the 45 story tower only and  that is the one that's going up now? Thanks.

So, is the 45 floor tower the one that was originally 44? Are the other floor counts still expected to be the same?

No, the 45 floor tower that Vive is currently building is located where the 38 floor tower was proposed during the Growing Together submissions (the blue tower from the site plan on the first page). When it came time for ZBA the height of the tower was increased to 44 floors, however Vive was ignoring a mezzanine level which the city considered a floor which increased the floor count to 45 but didn't change the measured height.

Floor counts are expected to be similar to the Growing Together plan, but not identical.

Right now the building that is under construction is only the 45 floor tower, there will be future phases of the development but they do not have approvals from the city yet.
