Will the entrance to the arcade be from Hall’s Lane?

I believe so, yes. There's a couple of doors in the area in the open space to the left of the mural, where the pillar is. There are two doorways there, which are occasionally propped open. One looks like a hallway that I assume leads to stairs to the arcade space, and the other opens into the main floor.

I noticed the other day that there is flooring now on the ground floor level facing King. Maybe this is finally close to being finished?

A Libro Credit Union ATM is installed in the right-hand-side unit. Might we be seeing the first urban branch for Libro?

This is taking a long time to complete. Can you imagine if your a tenant and need something fixed? I can envision any new repair taking years to fix....ie...The front door is broken and won't close....."Oh...I can fix that soon for you....(2 years pass by)"

I think Faire moved into the upper floors this week. They were giving away the furniture from their old office on the KW Tech Slack.

Building construction and building maintenance are two different things ...

This shows the entire building, though somewhat blocked by the trees (that will not be an issue in a month!). It has been a long-term project but I think the result is very nice indeed.

I can confirm that Faire has definitely moved in. As well, the person I spoke with who works there said he likes the space quite a bit.

Edit to add: In fairness, it is unlikely that he would say otherwise this early and in a casual group lunch conversation.

That photo looks like they're adding a rooftop patio with glass railings? That's pretty neat, wasn't part of the original render!

Yep, patio isn't complete yet, but Faire is getting a rooftop patio.

Fun fact, the Square and Faire patios are at the same height and pretty close together. Can easily see between them. Will be fun for those working there given the history between the companies, and the number of staff that have moved.
