I haven't seen this one, but flattening a secant pile wall? Have a look at http://www.railsystem.net/secant-pile-walls/ - the wall is first made with a whole bunch of overlapping columns, and later the bulges can be ground off.

Above ground yet?I drove by a couple hours ago and it looks like they're about to start on the ground floor. That's it. They have continued working on this, but progress has been fairly slow recently -- could be COVID-19 restrictions, or something else.
