I'm not looking for Michelin star quality, just something on a similar level to a low-end sushi place in Tokyo. Not AYCE, more nigiri selection than just the Atlantic salmon, and respectable quality.
For sure. Ken's does that well, but I'd love somewhere in DTK that does too. I was just making the point that our proximity to the ocean isn't a big factor.
