Copy and paste can be done pretty fast. I am 100% sure that this is mostly prefab and most likely you'd see a clone of this building elsewhere in North America.

Though 9 months is impressive so maybe you're right.

And I think that, too, can be OK. We need more housing, and not every building can be a unique architectural masterpiece.

I drive past it often, yes it isn't awesome but it is not that terrible either. I just wish they went higher because it seems small compared to the courthouse

The elevation further makes that the case. But given whats right next door much taller might be hard to justify, no?
