Applications Open for the Region's Active Transportation Advisory Committee
#1
The Region's Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) serves as a forum for the public to raise their viewpoints on particular active transportation issues and to advise Regional Council and staff on cycling and pedestrian issues.

Application for membership is now open until October 9, 2020. Up to Four persons are required for a term of up to two years ending December 31, 2022. Staff will review applications and recommend 2021 membership to Regional Council later this year.

Any citizen may apply and ATAC membership will, as much as possible, reflect the Region of Waterloo’ s diversity and demographics. Residents from Cambridge and the Townships are strongly encouraged to apply to provide a balanced regional perspective on cycling and pedestrian issues.

If you are interested in serving on ATAC you must file an application with the Regional Clerk prior to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2020.

Complete the application online: https://forms.regionofwaterloo.ca/Adviso...pplication

If you have any questions, please contact regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca.

Thank you!
