I'd guess it's good for customer relations since the crew is right in front of the client's house. I did landscaping for a bit, great job in the summer and probably and easier one to maintain decent distancing most of the time.

edit: also it's good to keep your workers healthy, lots of decent employers out there are trying.

The company I was thinking of does big, construction-type projects (eg landscaping for new commercial construction, retaining walls, that sort of thing).  That’s why I mentioned it as the work seemed comparable to construction.
