My assumption here is that they would be doing a milk run, at least to start: the same aircraft will fly Windsor-Kitchener-Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal with quick stops in each. We would not be depending on much Windsor-Kitchener or Kitchener-Montreal traffic. Whether they could get enough pax with this type of scenario would depend on prices, schedule and the turnaround time at each of the stops.

That was my assumption as well. A milk run similar to the porter Toronto Bishop/Ottawa/Halifax/St. Johns run
