I know one of the servers, and apparently it’s been a saga. Saturday will now be a “friends and family” dress rehearsal.

I'd posted on one of their IG photos about a month ago, saying I hoped they would reopen a spot in DTK, and they DMed me to say 'Wishes do come true!' so I've been expecting this good news! The new location won't be open until Feb 2024, but Legacy Greens is scooping limited flavours of Four All in the meantime.

It appears that the Rainbow Caribbean space will end up being an Oh Bombay (https://ohbombay.ca/) location. The LLBO application is posted on the window.

Sounds like it. One of their posts said it was going to be an open concept production space where you can watch the ice cream being made.

When I scanned that notice while walking past, it looked like it was still the same company running Oh Bombay as Rainbow.

It did, yes. Either the same person, or the new owner bought the current company, can't really tell from the notice.
