I wish that Bailey's Local Foods and Ambrosia Pastry could get together with a Downtown landlord with an empty storefront to organize a weekly "market".  I thought the arrangement that Bailey's had with the former Entertaining Elements was a pretty good idea. 

Or maybe one of the downtown churches could provide a space? Another option could be the City Hall rotunda.
