I guess I was asking how to get it safely on the existing rack I have..like maybe tomorrow lol
I don't have practical advice for mounting, but it may be helpful to bring some wax or parchment paper with you to line the top of the pie with. Even if the box is mounted securely to your bike, the pie inside will jostle a bit and could stick to the lid.
