Add a small seasonal cafe to the "Harmony" design for the Sunview Parkette and they'd have a winner!

Not a bad idea or even a spot for an approved food truck to set-up.
One thing I feel they are missing is some sort of "emergency station". A direct line to 911 or panic alert. This area is a dense populated area (younger individuals) and unfortunately higher incidents of crime seem to happen here. Should take the opportunity to improve safety.
