247 Lowther Street North | 3fl | Proposed
#1
Frankor Capital Corporation is proposing a small development at 247 Lowther Street North in Cambridge with architectural work by Fabrik Architects, a young locally based architectural firm.

Proposed is primarily a massive parking lot. In addition, 3 buildings containing 54 residential units on the periphery are proposed with varying numbers of bedrooms depending on the unit. An outdoor amenity area of approx 860 metres of space is proposed, although it appears to mostly be patches of grass and a scattering of trees.

Good to see a FedEx yard being replaced with housing. The housing in question seems to be mostly parking with some incidental housing attached to it but still better than the current lot.

Also right next to the big 777 Laurel St project that might be real and might be stuck in limbo?

It's a rather odd-sized lot so would be harder to add more buildings to it and still have non-trivial parking availability.
