Just noticed a sign today (that appears to have been there a while, according to Google Street View) at Erb and Moore, advertising a future 12 storey mixed use development (next to the apartments on Willow). Didn't see a topic about it, but it may have been discussed here already. Anyone know anything more?

I don't recall seeing that posted elsewhere, is there a render on the advertisement?

Nope, no render. Just a standard Remax-esqe sign.

It seems to me that the realtor is simply advertising what is permitted by zoning.

That has been there for quite some time. I'd guess the better part of a year if not longer.

This is the corner opposite Dairy Queen. So it's safe...for now.

By opposite, do you mean across King or across John?

I believe King.

Kieswetter Demolition has some dumpsters and a miniature excavator behind the old police station in Waterloo. Is there any new news about the hotel?
