In the Growing Together documents the second phase of this project was described. All the properties are owned again by Tony Di Batista. Phase 1 of the project has SPA for a 23 floor building fronting Duke St (Last I recall it was 21).
For the existing SPA building there is only 13 parking spaces accessible for the Phase 1 site, access to parking on P1 and P2 (built as part of Phase 1) is through a knockout wall that connects to the Phase 2 site which will allow for 46 more parking spaces in Phase 1.
There is no concept model for the Phase 2 building but it will sit on the property that "The Adventurers Guild" is in and expand towards King. The entire rest of the site will be covered with a podium of 5 floors (maintaining the SGA-2 zoning along King). The concept for phase 2 is a 36 floor building with 325 units. Nothing is mentioned about parking, but it's in an SGA zone so there is no legal requirement anymore to provide parking.
