Looks like there are some footers under those orange tarps at the King St. Grade Separation - there was definitely some topside infra going in, despite the presence of some big wastewater pipes over there on the right.

   

   
Thanks to Tom Galloway for the tip to use the McDonald's staircase/entrance to get some of these shots!
