Ugh. Ultimately I guess you have to deal with at Tim Horton's level. Make them redesign the drive through or shutting it down. That's a main route to the hospital and I don't think its reasonable at all to have the road blocked.

This is much different than those places where one lane of two gets blocked (which I still hate) or blocking a side road where people have a simple detour they can take before they get blocked (which I also still don't like).
