Change Kitchener's name back to Berlin?

On my walk yesterday I noticed this old street name on the sidewalk.   It reminded me that it's never too late to reclaim Berlin as the proper name for this city.... especially since some ot the infrastructure is still in place.  

   

This picture was taken at Mansion and Locust.  I suspect there are other examples in the neighbourhood.
