I'm not sure my filter choices persist with the URL, but the tabs at the top allow people to select different age groups to display and one of the indicators is "Heavy Drinking". The maximum time range I could get was 2015-2018, which I don't think is enough to see trends.
This is all self-reported data, and probably most binge-drinking teens would report their use as such so I don't think it's great, but here's the data it has for 12-17:
2015 - 90,600
2016 - 87,900
2017 - 94,300
2018 - 77,100
