Is that the same property? 325 King St E is the gravel lot where the bar burned down several years ago. It doesn't appear to be a parking lot in street view, and Google Maps places 218 Charles St E as the parking lot of the two-level plaza with Pho Dau Bo.

There's just no listing for 218 so figured what we were seeing was the sign for 325 King which runs all the way back to Charles.

If they're both for sale that would be interesting though.

The sign was in the corner of the parking lot at 218 Charles, but I couldn't pick out any other details beyond "for sale". Had to pay attention to the cars that were going to pass me
