Anywho, do we have any pics of the (what I believe is now) broken ground at the Garment site and progress? Anyone that lives in 100 Condos that might have a vantage point or working nearby? Thanks

They haven't broken ground. They are putting in a geo thermo system of some kind. Which I am very puzzled by, how can they do an excavation with all that piping put in the grown. I will be vary curious to see how this works...

Is it a dewatering system around the perimeter? I know QNC installed pipes around the outside; apparently they are now hooked up to a permanent pumping system that runs all the time. If quantum research ever goes out of style they can just turn off the pumps, do a minor renovation to add decks and a chlorine system, and we can have another pool down there.

I got a similar notice for One hundred  Tower 2 on Monday.  I guess they are building both towers at the same time. 
Also Tower 2 address is 104 Garment Street in the notice.

Any news on the office building? As exciting as new high rise residential is, I’m more excited about new employment spaces DTK as we need more of that.
