I asked the developer, it's a mechanical room as speculated earlier in the thread.

Not sure what's happening but I am seeing an old version of the site, before becoming WRC and there are no icons for adding anything besides plain text in a reply, is anyone else seeing this?

I was watching the crane come down around noon, when I passed by around four one of the mobile cranes still had its boom up in the air but I was passing a few blocks away so couldn't see what they were lifting.

Just got back from McCabes, they were still taking crane pieces down and trucking them away on flat beds when we were there. Nice view from the rooftop patio.

I have tentative occupancy for February 2016 for the 14th floor.

Now we know where you will be living.

Is this development stalled? The last few days I've been looking for any signs of life and there hasn't seemed to be any.

There has definitely been a faster pace in window installation in the past few days

Things getting colder will do that.  Glad to see this one picking up.

For anyone that bought, what is the planned occupancy?
