What’s this stuff about “offer pedestrians a series of pathways connecting them to the site and surrounding area”? Is it significantly different from any other building? I’d be more impressed if the building was designed to allow walking through, and to connect to adjacent buildings in the future. If a few buildings started doing that pretty soon winter weather wouldn’t be much of a consideration for students living close to the universities.
