Circa 1877 (née Brick Brewery) | 20 fl | Complete
Here are some shots from all sides. They seem to be doing approximately 1 floor per week with the pre-cast methodology. It seems that the terrace level (top of podium) is the 6th floor, and the penthouse will be on the 19th floor, with the current floor in progress being the 13th (which is included in the numbering) . So 6.5 floors to go structurally, which puts topping out at early/mid-July. We'll have to see how accurate my estimate is.
