All renders show that there is very clearly cladding on all the non-balcony parts of the concrete, dark or black. The balcony portions do look like pure concrete though.

I would second this. The renders absolutely have black cladding on the non balcony sections. 

Even with the cladding though I fear this will look quite monolithic. Especially with the balconies looking like theyre just concrete.

Dont know much about the developer but this building feels rather cheap to me.
