Duke is closed while they dig up the road. Looks like it is sewer/water related. Zehr Group seems to be involved. Maybe this is a sign that work will once again commence!?!?

Work has commenced once again. They are pouring walls. 

Looks like the delay was due to seeping groundwater that they finally found a solution to. It was never about the city being behind on permits.
