All three of the buildings by Perimeter seem to be mostly complete from my drive by today, the smallest of the buildings (building 2 on the site plan) is occupied at least partially by Sleep Country. The largest of the buildings appears to be mostly complete, the exterior just needs a few more pieces of cladding and then the parking lot. The building closest to Budd Park also appears to be mostly complete, it is still missing the glass and cladding but the precast concrete panels and structure is entirely complete.
On the back half of the site where Krug Furniture is going there has been some activity recently, they have taken part of the exterior cladding down on one of the existing warehouses and there has been an excavator working on the site recently. I talked to someone who works at Krug recently and it sounds as if they are only using the property as warehousing for now so it appears that they are not consolidating facilities.
The space where the medical offices are going hasn't had any activity in months, all they have done is put the precast wall panels and some structural steel in place and nothing else, there still isn't even a floor to walk on in that building for the second and third floors so it is really just a skeleton currently.
