It would be nice, wouldn't it? The region drops the ball a lot of the time, but they do manage to do good projects sometimes.

Another one that comes to mind is 82 Wilson Ave, another Waterloo Region Housing development for seniors built as an addition to the existing seniors home on the property. They hired LGA Architectural Partners who likewise have a great portfolio of work. The building and overall project they designed is really nice: https://www.waterlooregionconnected.com/...pid=101343
