With that said they have now started the tower. It's being built with precast likely supplied by Stubbes. It's up to the second tower floor already (as of Thursday).

So is the 3rd part of this development going to be precast also?  Also from the render is the 3rd part going to be on the Ottawa side or closer to the Borden side?
