Unfortunately for some, it is easier to complain than it is to ask.

And did you ask the person on twitter if they have contacted the region? Or did you just come here to complain instead?

Given that lobbying a public organization by generating support online is a perfectly valid method of effecting change in public policy, but this is a private forum where you are only complaining about the methods others use to try to make the world better, and nobody but us will ever see...seems like the pot calling the kettle black is a generous interpretation.
