TRITAG was very influential on that decision, same thing with a the UW NDP club.

Garbage can removals? Talk about a false economy.

Looks like they’re on floor 35 of 36.
I do like the wave look now that it’s more complete, but not sure why they didn’t continue it all the way up on the one side?

This building is looking quite good. I don't like that they just skip back to the start to repeat the wave pattern. Would have looked cleaner if they had continued the wave pattern in the opposite direction.  Having a twin is going to make this development look really good though.

I like this tower and it will look great with a twin, but for some reason it pisses me off what they did with the white spandrel paneling about halfway up the tower. Why they didn't just continue the pattern the opposite direction, is confusing and frustrating.

I agree 100%.  It bugs me too.

Ya the panels look so good, it would/should have just been logical to continue the flow that they'd been creating

When is this anticipated occupancy?

They're targeting early 2026 from my understanding.

And the Platform was going to start in the Fall and now it shows 2025.  Sales for condos must be very slow.

I wasn't sure how I'd appreciate the inconsistency so I have been reserving judgment, but now that the skyscraper is tall enough I think it makes sense the way they designed that. If the pattern just looped back, it would look silly. If it was too randomized, it would look even worse. What they did here by just making it appear that they make a sudden change, draws the eye to the tower and makes you notice it.

Do you know, is the Platform what used to be referred to as Building E- with the (potential) grocery store?

I believe the Platform is actually just the second taller tower of what used to be Duo. I could be wrong, I am surprised they would change the marketing on that one when it is clearly a twin tower.

Wouldn't it be nice if they did tower D and E together. In the current market i don't see that happening though.

The branding has changed a few times and I've confused myself- but you're right, it's Building D, not E; and I think you're right that Platform is just the second half of what was "Duo."

Building D is the first to include retail space, I think?
