Lovely. Another Waterloo Region Soviet style precast monstrosity. Looks perfect with the massive vertical prison Vive has going up in the background.

Gold! Lol. The precast is so ugly, I really hadn't been paying attention to it too much but it's used way too much in the region. Yikes!

It wasn't white in the original concept drawings shown back in 2022, so will there be cladding to make it look better? I haven't seen any updated renders since then.
