I know this sub is pretty much dead, but I would love to see something like this in our region to bring a CPL and NWSL team to our Region. The price tag doesn't even seem ridiculous. We could easily support a stadium around 4-5K

I agree, It would be nice to see a new ball diamond as well for the Kitchener Panthers as well.

A ball 3k diamond would be amazing. One of the locations I was playing around with is putting it at Ontario Seed Company site off Wellington. The ballpark would have a great view of DTK. 

Alternatively. I don't hate the idea of redeveloping the AUD site to incorporate a new Arena, soccer/ football Stadium and an actually ballpark. You could easily partner with developers to make the site Mixed-use.
