Even if you have four candidates you support, you can engage in bullet voting and vote for fewer than four in order to increase the chances of the one, two, or three you do vote for in getting in.

I've tried hard to explain to her that she needs to do her own research and make her own decisions rather than rely on mine. And yet I know that tomorrow she'll ask me who she should vote for. Anything wrong with this practice, (1) on my part and (2) on hers? I don't think there is anything wrong with voting based on the judgement of someone you trust and who shares your values, if that is what you want to do.

Heard Jay's "wolf" advertisements on the radio for the first time tonight. Shook my head.

Now that the election is over, there are two things I will want to know:
- How much did Aissa spend on his campaign? - What will happen with the facebook cease-and-desist against Soulis and Piatkowski? At least we won't have to go through a referendum on the you-know-what.

I thought Clarke might beat Wetlauffer. Oh well, can't have it all I guess.
If post-election tweets make the man, Wettlaufer may yet turn out to be a pleasant surprise.

What'd he say?

I'm seeing a lot of cordial tweets of thanks and congratulation, but yeah, I'm not getting a sense of what he'll be like on council. That a man isn't as rude and abrasive as a Ford doesn't really mean much.

Are these campaign finance reports publicly available or posted to a website? If so, where? Also, has Aissa sold his property on Northfield yet?
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.
