no more progress on the crane today but they started installing hoarding around the site. as of the moment they only have the pieces for the crane that is half built.

The counter jib was attached this morning. I expect the jib to be finished today. By the way, that crane looks very tall.

Is it me, or is that a super long jib? And if that's the case, I can't imagine them needing two cranes, but I am probably wrong.

And if that's the case, I can't imagine them needing two cranes, but I am probably wrong.that is exactly what i was thinking, it could just be perspective from looking up and not being able to see the ground but it doesn't look as if it reaches the far corner of the cameron/charles tower. Edit: You can see in westwardloo's post that they are on the side of Cameron closest to the site. Because of that and the fact that the boom doesn't go onto Cameron we draw a radius around that tower crane on GIS mapping and it misses the Charles/Cameron tower's corner by 4-5 meters so they are going to need another crane or something. But like we've all said this is the wierdest site ever so who at this point knows if they will add another crane.
