Momentum might be claiming that, but IMO no way that's happening. They still have several floors to pour.

Charlie West topped out months ago, and it's fall 2021 occupancy.

Which tower are you in? That sounds about right for upper floors of Tower 2 (originally 100 Victoria). But Tower 3 (which is the one branded Garment St) there's no way there's any occupancy until 2022.

I'm in the same boat as Serendipity for Tower 3 for July 2021. I emailed the sales rep back in March who said she expects the July date pushed back, but I haven't been given any official notice with just over two months to go.

I think a good rule of thumb is 12-14 months after your selections appointment. That's been about right for Tower 2, and is looking about right for Charlie West.

My January/February timeline was per a conversation with a Momentum rep during my pre-delivery inspection appointment in late April for my unit in Tower 2.  

Also, not sure if this was mentioned before but I was told that the Condo fee for Tower 3 is about $0.48/sqft which is higher than Tower 1 & 2 ($0.42/sqft).  Difference is due to more amenities in Tower 3 (not shared with the other two).

15% higher condo fee is quite a big difference, and about $50/month for a 600 sqft unit. What additional amenities do they provide for that?

You and Serendipity need to contact a proper Momentum salesperson. The tentative occupancy of July was pushed to Nov and all purchasers were notified in March.
