It could be but it would mean that concrete would have to be poured this week some time.

This is going to look great when it's all done. With Station Park just on the other side of the tracks, it's going to be quite a dense area and all these buildings will really add to the skyline.

Noticed this morning that with the roof opened up (at least in the front half) the concrete support pillars have started to emerge at the front corners of the building. May be some new structure above the existing roof line soon.

Big concrete pour happening today for the start of the new section of the Glove Box. Quite the spectacle on Victoria this morning.

Brilliant! I'm really looking forward to this commercial project since it's very much integrating an existing historical structure and expanding it.
