The residents have been parking on nearby roadsides since construction started. I haven't heard what the plan is for the upcoming winter.
That would be a pain in the ass, especially when you're moving groceries. I'd imagine the city will give up exemptions during the construction period, though during a declared snow emergency, they'll likely have to park over at Zehrs. Unless most of the tenants have been renovicted, in which case, no issues.
